The Funds are administered by the Fund Office located in Pasadena, California with a satellite office in Las Vegas to service members residing in Nevada.  Member Services is available for members and providers Monday through Friday (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) toll free at (866) 400-5200.
